The return of the summer sun is the return of our childlike self, one rooted in playfulness, joy, and confidence. This season offers us a moment to rejuvenate our spirit in celebration by igniting our inner fire, while cultivating a state of presence, clarity, and purpose.
The class will begin with a mindful, dynamic flow designed to harness the power within and will ease into a grounding, meditative restorative practice aimed to embody self discovery through slow, intentional movement and rest. Thoughts and insights revealed through the asana practice will be honored at the end with time for reflective journaling and an open discussion.
