This hands-on workshop includes the history of this unique art form and its practices. Students will learn the rudiments of the four suits, the significance of the numbers, and the interpretation of “Major Arcana” cards. Discussion is encouraged, and we will practice some simple readings and then move on to more complex readings. We use the Rider-Waite deck, designed by Pamela Colman-Smith, for in-class readings. Appropriate for beginners and those wishing to practice and improve their abilities. Instructor: Sally Cragin
