Stephane Wrembel will release 3 CDs--Triptych: Phase 1, 2 and 3—that he recorded with his band with special guest pianist, Jean-Milchel Pilc, on March 29, 2024. Almost all of the compositions by Wrembel are new. All the ones by Jean-Michel Pilc are new. The recordings will be available on 3 CDs and on all streaming platforms.
Wrembel, recognized as one of the preeminent guitarists globally, specializes in the style of Django Reinhardt. With a career spanning the globe, he has released 17 albums under his own name and "The Django Experiment."
His recent release, Django New Orleans, debuted in May 2023. Notably, Wrembel's original compositions have graced films such as "Midnight in Paris," "Vicky Cristina Barcelona," and "Rifkin’s Festival," with "Midnight in Paris" earning a Grammy Award® for "Best Compilation Soundtrack," which included Wrembel’s composition "Bistro Fada."
