As a thank you for your support, all donors to the sale will be given a coupon worth 10% off your Sports Sale purchase.
In 2024, consignment sales will not be part of this inaugural event. In future years, we may include a consignment element. Including consignment will require sufficient community volunteers to manage that process.

WHAT CAN I DONATE?Acceptable Items for young children, youth, and adults – MUST BE CLEAN, WEARABLE/USABLE, AND IN GOOD CONDITION!We regret that we cannot accept used athletic sneakers and water shoes, although cleats and golf shoes in good condition are welcome. We reserve the right to reject any items for donation that may not be saleable due to wear, age, or other factors or do not fall into the categories listed below.
Note: Massachusetts has a waste ban regulation in effect. We, unfortunately, cannot accept items that are stained, ripped, or overly worn. Please check to make sure that all items you are donating are clean and in good condition. Having to sort and dispose of items that are note saleable takes valuable time.
DONATION CATEGORIESBaseball: Gloves/mitts, baseballs & softballs, baseball apparel, bats, cleats, bat bags, batting gloves, batting helmets, catchers gear, softball bats, and training aids.
Bicycles, Adult, Youth and Toddler
Disc Golf: Bags, goals, and discs.
Field Hockey: Bags, protective equipment, and sticks.
Fitness: Yoga mats, resistance bands, and weights.
Golf: Packaged sets, golf balls, iron & hybrid sets, Jr. club sets, drivers, putters, shoes, golf bags (stand, travel, and cart).
Lacrosse: Bags, cleats, gloves, goggles, helmets, lacrosse balls, shoulder pads, and sticks.
Outside Play & Leisure: Croquet sets, cornhole, horseshoes, and other similar outdoor games.
Racquet Sports: Badminton, balls, PickelBall, tennis, racquetball, and squash.
School/Town Branded Uniforms & Athletic Wear: We will accept sports uniforms, jerseys, sweatshirts, t-shirts, mesh shorts, and related items that are branded with your school or community’s logo or mascot.
Skateboards & Skates: Skateboards, inline skates, roller skates, and protective equipment.
Soccer: Soccer balls, goals, shin pads, soccer bags, soccer cleats, and indoor shoes.
Water Sports: Canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, life vests, body boards, diving, towables, wakeboards, water skis, and wet suits.=====
ABOUT THIS EVENTFor over 100 years, the Wenham Museum has been a multi-generational place to roam, play and discover.For many of our valued visitors, Members, and supporters, outdoor play and discovery and organized youth sports are also an important part of daily life and the spirit of our local community. We’re realized there’s a high demand for gently used sporting and athletic equipment within our multi-generational audience. 0 In keeping with the museum’s former Attic Treasures Sale tradition, the Spring & Summer Sports Sale will bring the community together for a fun and affordable resale event that benefits the Wenham Museum.=====
