Class Description

Kick It is a music-driven, kickboxing-inspired fitness method with 13 rounds that have specific goals. From warm up, to meditative cool down, to toning and conditioning, Kick It provides real change from the inside out, while also creating a fun and upbeat environment that everyone will enjoy.

 

About the Instructor

Eliza Shirazi’s (she/her) passion for group fitness began in college when she noticed the lack of community-centered fitness options for women. That changed when she founded Kick It, a program centered around creating authentic connections through approachable movement.

Kick It’s powerful community, better known as the Fempire®, has brought Kick It from a passion-fueled project to a well-respected brand. Eliza has certified more than 400 instructors, partnered with brands like PopSugar, can be found in major publications like Glamour and SELF and has been featured live on the TODAY show.

 

Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
