It’s raining meatballs, and everyone loves meatballs! They make great appetizers, amazing sandwiches and the perfect dinner. Join Chef Diane Manteca to learn some of the best meatballs you will ever make! In class we will be creating Sante Fe Meatballs, Coconut Curried Meatballs, Creamy Scandinavian-style Meatballs (think IKEA!), and Moroccan Tagine Meatballs. Go away with new and exciting recipes that you will make again and again! Instructor: Diane Manteca
