In this course, you will learn the basics of and science behind ice cream making, which will provide a foundation for flavor experimentation. Using ice cream as your artistic medium, you will be shown how to tell stories through flavor. During the course, you’ll learn a base recipe to be used with an ice cream maker and a base recipe that doesn’t require extra equipment. You’ll also work on a couple recipes for ice cream mix-ins and discuss how to incorporate other ingredients. Instructor: Hannah Spiegelman
