Holiday Fair - First Parish Norwell

The scent of fall is in the air. They are baking and making lots of extra breads and pies for Thanksgiving at First Parish Norwell. The 381th annual Old-Fashioned Holiday Fair will be the Saturday before Thanksgiving. You'll find holiday gifts among the wonderful handmade items at the Handcraft Table and from the themed Gift Baskets. We will again feature the creative work of Local Artists, including Norwell's Betsey Detwiler, and Karen Baker, Paige Railsback of Scituate, Roberta Fairbanks, Joan Appel of Marshfield, Elizabeth and Sue Robinson of Hanson. Bid high at the Silent Auction to get that special item and browse Grandma's Attic for a real bargain. There will be a Children's Toy Shop. We have the best, used Books and Jewelry in town. The Snack Bar will be open all day so please, please bring a hungry appetite for corn chowder, mac and cheese, hotdogs, brownies and much more. As you enter the hall, feast your eyes on the festive decorations. For information call 781-659-7122. Proceeds benefit First Parish Norwell Unitarian, located at 24 River St., Norwell Center at Rt. 123. Founded in 1642, it is handicapped accessible.
