Experiment and surprise yourself: Monotype Printmaking Workshop *In- Person*

Experiment with easy to learn printmaking methods using the presses in our Brattle Street studio. The first session will focus on reduction monotype and using masks and stencils to create one of a kind prints and “ghosts,” The next session will focus on monotype methods, including watercolor, watercolor crayon, collage techniques and building layers with rice paper, also called “chine collé.” The final session will be guided studio time and practice. Our studio uses non-toxic materials. Some tools and supplies are provided or can be purchased on site from CCAE.
