In this brand new series of classes at Bonde, we’re going deep into one aspect of the wine world. To start the series off, we are going to dig deep into…soil!
It’s inevitable that the more you get into the wine, more you get into soil. It’s a major component of a grape’s expression and the terroir of a wine, but…why? And how? Does the same soil affect different varieties differently? Join internationally-renowned sommelier Bertil Jean-Chronberg to get to the root of these topics, and more, in this Deep Dive class.
This class is 90 minutes and costs $75, which includes a tasting of wine with light snacks. It is limited to up to nine participants.
We host all sorts of events at the shop—see them all here, or follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
