Maybe you use your home bar often enough, and you have a basic understanding of when to shake and when you stir. But you still end up with bottles that don’t add up to a cocktail, or just need to dig deeper into the history and craft of mixing drinks. This class will explore the roots of cocktail family trees, and how to use them in an everyday home setting. You will be presented with a challenge to create a cocktail based on a classic at the end of this class with guidance from instructor Augusto Lino. Cocktails 101 attendance not required but recommended. Instructor: Augusto Lino
Monday, 6-8pm. Mar. 25. The cost of tuition includes all beverage materials and fees.
