Keep the fire burning at our wood-fired oven!
Bring your special someone to Powisset Farm and gather with us around our wood-fired brick oven where we make our famous Powisset Farm pizza. At the start of this hands-on class, our own Chef Thi will guide you through making your own Wood-Fired Pizza with seasonal toppings. Next, we’ll make, Maple Pepper Chicken Wings, a Lemony Kale Caesar salad, and seasonal Fruit Crisp with Gelato for dessert. The farm’s laid-back atmosphere and gorgeous views make this summer class extra-special!

- Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
- Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
- Recipes to take home.
- At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
