To kick off the first event of Boston Harborfest 2024, hospitality leaders and public officials will gather to perform the ceremonial cake-cutting. The USS Constitution will also have re-enactors and staff members around the Downtown Crossing area engaging with visitors. The United States Navy Band Northeast will also be playing the national anthem during this time.
