Come and learn about techniques for making BBQ and side dishes. Join Diane and learn about techniques for grilling and marinating BBQ ribs. In this fun hands-on class, we will make Greek chicken and veggie skewers, baby back ribs, roasted sweet potato salad, BBQ style baked beans, lemon poppy seed slaw, and seasonal fruit crisp. We'll toast with a glass of wine. Instructor: Diane Manteca
