The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre was one the most famous crimes in American history, often depicted on film and heavily mythologized in popular history and pop culture. This course examines the what, how, who, and why of the real event and its implications within the wider context of Prohibition America and 1929 Chicago. Instructor: Allan Converse
