44th Boston Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival

On June 11th, we invite you to our 44th annual Boston Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival. Since being established in 1979 as the first festival in the United States, the Boston Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival has grown into a place that fosters community through learning, sharing, and experiencing together. Come as we witness one of largest Asian-American cultural festivals in New England where local and out of state teams compete in exciting races. The festival also showcases many cultural performances such as lion dancing and taiko drumming, as well as art activities and demonstrations for all. The event also brings together many food vendors for everyone to try a wide range of cuisine from across Asia. This event is open to the public and welcomes persons of all ages and identities. We hope to see you at the Charles River on Memorial Drive between JFK Street Bridge and Western Ave. Bridge to join us and 60+ teams in competing, celebrating, and community building.
